We incorporate precision die-cut steam vents into the box structure. These vents allow excess heat and steam to escape while retaining core food warmth, keeping buns soft instead of soggy.
Will grease, mayonnaise, or patty juices soak through the cardboard?
No. We apply a food-grade, oil- and grease-resistant barrier coating to the interior board. This protective barrier stops hot oils, sauces, and juices from leaking through to the outside of the box or staining customers’ hands.
Can these burger boxes withstand heat from hot-holding lamps and thermal delivery bags?
Yes. Our food-grade kraft and board stocks retain structural integrity under high heat and humidity. The box walls resist softening, bowing, or collapsing inside insulated delivery bags or under heat lamps.
Are these materials safe for direct contact with hot food?
Yes. All paperboards, interior linings, and vegetable-based inks meet strict FDA and EU food-contact standards. They are completely non-toxic, odorless, and wax-safe, preserving the natural flavor of your food.
Do I need a designer to supply artwork?
