What's your minimum order?
One hundred boxes on most styles, and some run as low as fifty. You can test a design or cover a launch without committing to a pallet you'd have to store.
How much does custom packaging cost?
It depends on size, board, print coverage and quantity — a 500-run mailer typically lands between $1.20 and $2.60 a box. Send us your dimensions and we'll come back with real numbers, usually within a day.
How long does an order take?
Six to eight business days from approved proof to your door anywhere in the continental US. Rush production is available when a launch date won't move.
Can I see a sample before I commit?
Yes. We'll send a physical sample of your box — printed with your artwork, not a generic swatch — so you can check the board, the colour and the fit before the full run goes to press.
What files do you need from me?
A vector logo and a rough idea is enough to start. Our design team builds the dieline and preps your artwork at no charge, then sends a digital proof for approval.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Recyclable board, soy-based inks and biodegradable finishes are standard across the range rather than a paid upgrade. Ask us for FSC-certified stock if you need the certification on file.
