How do these boxes keep fragrance oils from leaching through the cardboard?
We apply oil- and grease-resistant interior barrier coatings to the paperboard. This barrier stops concentrated fragrance oils and botanical additives from bleeding through the stock, keeping your outer printing crisp, vibrant, and stain-free.
Can this packaging protect delicate wax snap bars from breaking during transit?
Yes. Our 14pt to 18pt paperboard forms a rigid protective shell around your melts. When matched with precise custom box dimensions or inserts, the snug fit prevents shifting, cracking, and corner chipping during shipment.
Will the packaging materials withstand warm ambient temperatures without degrading?
Yes. We use heat-stable cardstock and laminations engineered to withstand ambient temperature fluctuations during shipping or retail display. The board maintains its structural rigidity without softening or warping near mild heat sources.
Can I order boxes with hang tabs for retail pegboard displays?
Yes. We offer custom die-cut hang holes, including standard round or Euro-slot styles, integrated directly into the box flap or backing board. This allows you to display your wax melts easily on retail peg hooks.
Do I need a designer to supply artwork?
Not necessarily. Send us what you have — logo files and a rough idea — and our studio can lay it onto the dieline for you. Full design support is available on request.
