1. Download your dielineWe send a layered template sized to your
exact box. Design on the artwork layer and leave cut and crease lines untouched.
2. Work in CMYK at 300 DPIBuild in CMYK, not RGB — screen colours
don't survive the press. Keep all placed images at 300 DPI minimum.
3. Add 3mm bleedExtend any background colour or image 3mm past every
trim edge so no white slivers show after die-cutting.
4. Respect the safe zoneKeep logos and text at least 5mm inside the
trim, and well clear of folds and creases.
5. Outline your fontsConvert type to outlines (or embed fonts) so
nothing reflows or substitutes on our end.
6. Export & sendSupply a print-ready PDF, AI or EPS. We'll proof
it and flag anything before you approve.
