Yes. We offer a sample program where you can order 1–5 printed physical samples of your exact design before committing to a full production run. Sample orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. The cost of samples is credited toward your first full order.
Yes, we offer precise Pantone PMS colour matching as an add-on service. This ensures brand-critical colours (such as a signature brand colour) are reproduced exactly as specified. Please note PMS matching is an upgrade from standard CMYK printing and is quoted separately.
Every order is fully insured during transit. In the rare event that boxes arrive damaged or defective, simply photograph the damage within 7 days of delivery and contact your specialist. We will reprint and reship the affected quantity at our cost, with no questions asked.
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), print-ready PDF, PNG (300 DPI CMYK), TIFF, and layered Photoshop (.psd) files. If you don't have print-ready artwork, simply share your brand guidelines and our design team will create everything from scratch at no charge.
Standard production is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush production (4–6 days) is available at a 20% surcharge, and express (2–3 days) at 35% surcharge. Lead times begin after your design proof has been approved in writing.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification means the paper and board used in your packaging comes from responsibly managed forests. All our materials carry FSC-C123456 certification, and we can provide documentation for your own sustainability reporting needs.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is available to all major markets. Lead times may extend by 2–5 business days for international destinations. All international shipments are carbon-offset and fully tracked. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
